At FurnaceFilters.ca, we strive for complete satisfaction with your indoor air quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened filters in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused filters in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return to our designated Canadian warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
